Inside, the entertainment continues with a well-equipped game room, featuring a pool table, a pinball machine, and a large flat-screen TV. It’s a great space to enjoy friendly competition or a movie night with the family.
With accommodations for up to 12 guests, Beary Playful offers luxurious comfort for everyone. The open-concept living area features high vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, and plush furnishings, while the fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances for preparing meals. Please note: The cottage is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.
*Disclosure: The Premises is equipped with exterior security/recording cameras. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch for false alarms. Security cameras are not under constant surveillance and should not be considered a dependable measure for personal safety. No cameras are placed facing the hot tub, inside, or with any view of the interior of the property. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.
**To finalize your booking with Red Door Getaways, you must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a state or federal photo ID. We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**
CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund of the amount payable (if the trip is paid in full, otherwise the initial deposit is held) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund (minus the cleaning fee) if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival.
Reservations can not be changed within 30 days of your arrival.
